Eugene Swanzey

Gene Swanzey is a Executive Advisor to Riddle International, with emphasis on aligning organizational communications with management strategies.

Gene's career that spans 30 years of private & public sector experience. Mostly Gene spent his career with the Chase Manhattan Corporation where he was the Director and Senior Vice President of Government Affairs reporting to the Chairman and CEO, David Rockefeller. Gene is also a founding Partner in the investment banking firm, Stonecroft Capital, and a founder of Global Development Partners, a Washington DC government relations firm.

Prior to Chase Manhattan, Gene was an aide to former Governor and Vice President of the United States, Nelson A. Rockefeller. Gene has been a college administrator and visiting professor, a Ph.D candidate in public policy and holds a Masters Degree in public policy from New York University.  He served in the US Navy Reserves for 3 years.
