Jerrold Bratkovich

Jerry Bratkovich is an Executive Advisor to Riddle International and is a member of PA Consulting's Management Group, with a focus on the Life Sciences & Healthcare practice in the US.

He has over 20 years of consulting and line management experience with respected human resources and research companies. His clients have ranged from small entrepreneurial organisations to Fortune 100 corporations covering several industries including automobile and financial services, as well as aerospace and defence, high technology, manufacturing and government, in addition to healthcare.

Previously Jerry served in executive management positions at Hay Management Consultants, Opinion Research Corporation and Organization Resources Counsellors.

Jerry has been published and quoted widely on a variety of management topics, including the Employee-Customer-Profitability linkage. He holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Wheaton College.
